Article on resilient strategy implementation published by LSE's Business Review

The London School of Economics 'Business Review' published an article by Engineering Systems and RiskLab members Verena Stingl and Josef Oehmen.

The article is titled "Surprise: leveraging the unexpected in strategy implementation" . In the article, Verena and Josef discuss how the prevalent "Predict and Plan" mindset in boardrooms can be complemented with a "Monitor and Adapt" element to improve the resilience (and thus success rates) of strategic initiatives and technology companies.

The article is the sixth article in a series of risk management and strategy initiatives published by Josef and his team. You can find the articles of the entire series here.
